Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment Methods
Customers may make payments through methods provided by the Company, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, QR payments, or electronic wallets (e-Wallets), as shown on the platform.
2. Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered complete only when the transaction has been successfully verified by the relevant financial provider and marked as "Paid" in our system.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation or refund requests are allowed only under reasonable circumstances, such as failure to deliver the agreed service or technical errors.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days from the date of transaction with relevant proof.
- The Company reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request. All decisions made by the Company are final.
4. Liability
The Company shall not be held liable for damages caused by user error, including incorrect payment details or duplicated transactions.
In case of unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately for investigation.
5. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
